Traced inbound and outbound movements

Each receipt, sale or consumption creates a timestamped movement. Outbound movements are atomic and locked with their source document (point-of-sale receipt, order, field-service job).

Multi-site stock and inter-site transfers

Track quantities by warehouse and move stock from one site to another. Inter-site transfers are governed by a dedicated permission (stock:transfer).

Stock reservations

Reserve quantities for an upcoming order or assignment so they can't be used twice.

Stock counts and valuation

Run counts, adjust observed discrepancies and view stock valuation in read mode (stock:read permission).

Automatic threshold alerts

A scheduled check detects products that drop below their threshold and emits an alert (stock.low) relayed to internal notifications, Slack and your webhooks.

Supplier receipts as automatic inbound

Receiving a purchase order automatically generates the matching inbound movements and notifies the Finance module for reconciliation.

Automatic multichannel decrement

Point-of-sale sales, imported e-commerce orders, completed delivery rounds and parts used during field-service jobs decrement stock automatically.

Yes. Quantities are tracked per site and you can transfer stock from one warehouse to another. Inter-site transfers are protected by a dedicated permission (stock:transfer).
Does stock update automatically on sales?
Yes. A point-of-sale sale, an imported e-commerce order, a completed delivery round or a maintenance job triggers an automatic, atomic stock outbound, attached to its source document.
