Intelligence module — Cross-module BI

Turn your ERP data into decisions with eyeot's cross-module BI

The Intelligence module continuously aggregates signals from your CRM, stock, maintenance, finance and procurement modules to produce ready-to-use scores. Customer health, supplier performance, equipment criticality, ABC stock classification, revenue forecast: every indicator relies on deterministic, explainable and reproducible business rules — no black box, no autonomous model.

For owners, operations managers and controllers at small and mid-sized businesses who want reliable cross-functional steering, without building their own dashboards or hiring a data analyst to make use of their ERP data.

What you can do

Customer health score

Each customer receives a score from 0 to 100, split into five segments (Excellent to Critical). The calculation combines engagement, payment behavior, open tickets and sales activity (quotes sent, accepted, declined).

Supplier performance

Suppliers ranked by lead times, goods-receipt compliance rate, price history and order volume over 12 months. So you can make purchasing decisions on facts, not impressions.

Equipment criticality

A criticality score combines failure history, overdue maintenance, IoT signals and equipment age, classified into critical, high, moderate or low levels. You prioritize work where the risk is real.

ABC stock analysis

Pareto 80/20 classification of products into A, B and C categories by value, with replenishment recommendations. You focus management on the items that really matter.

Revenue forecast

Revenue projection up to six months, based on a seasonal model of the past 12 months enriched with the opportunity pipeline weighted by stage, with a confidence interval.

Maintenance reliability (MTBF / MTTR)

Calculation of mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR), with the breakdown of corrective and preventive work. Industry-standard reliability metrics.

Cross-module summary

An aggregated view assembles all the scores into themed cards for the global dashboard. Each engine remains autonomous: if a source module is missing, the corresponding indicator simply steps back without blocking the others.

Compliance & trust

Deterministic, explainable scoring

Scores rely on transparent business rules, not on an autonomous model or a black box. Each result breaks down into weighted criteria (for customer health, for example: engagement, payment, tickets, activity), making it reproducible and auditable.

Read-only and data isolation

The engines compute in read-only mode, with no database writes, and stay strictly scoped to the active organization. This multi-organization isolation is consistent with GDPR-compliant handling of aggregated customer and HR data.

Works with your other modules

  • CRM — customer health & sales pipeline
  • Stock — ABC analysis & stock-out alerts
  • Maintenance — MTBF/MTTR & equipment criticality
  • Finance — revenue forecast
  • Procurement — supplier performance scoring
  • HR — workforce indicators

Frequently asked questions

What is eyeot's cross-module intelligence?
It is the ERP's cross-functional BI layer: it reads data from all your business modules (CRM, stock, maintenance, finance, procurement, HR) and turns it into ready-to-use scores and indicators — customer health, supplier performance, equipment criticality, ABC stock, revenue forecast, MTBF/MTTR — without you having to build the dashboards yourself.
Are the scores based on artificial intelligence?
No. All scoring engines use deterministic, weighted business rules, not autonomous machine learning. Every result is explainable, reproducible and traceable, which avoids the drift of an opaque model applied to cross-functional functions.
How is the customer health score calculated?
It is a weighted, multi-criteria score: engagement (30%), payment behavior (30%), tickets (20%) and sales activity (20%). The result, from 0 to 100, places each customer in one of five segments, from Excellent to Critical.
Do I need to enable every module to benefit from it?
No. Each engine is autonomous: it only relies on its source modules. If a module is not enabled for your organization, the corresponding indicator simply steps back — the other scores remain available.
Does my data stay isolated by organization?
Yes. Calculations run in read-only mode and are always filtered to the active organization. No engine writes to the database or mixes data across organizations.
Can these indicators be shared outside the ERP?
Yes, through the Integrations module: analytics export and gateways such as Power BI, plus webhooks triggered on KPI alert thresholds to notify your teams.
