Integrations module — External connectors

ERP integrations that connect eyeot to your everyday tools

eyeot's integrations connect your ERP to the tools you already use: card payments with Stripe, notifications and approvals in Slack, directory, calendar and documents from Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, Power BI dashboards. Account provisioning is automated through SCIM 2.0, and signed webhooks let you plug in your own applications. Each connector's credentials are encrypted and isolated per organization.

For small and mid-sized businesses that want to eliminate double entry by syncing their management software with their payment, communication and productivity tools, and for IT teams that automate user-account creation and removal.

What you can do

Stripe payments and collection

Take card payments through Stripe and receive payment events via webhooks whose signature is verified before processing. Payments are reconciled with your eyeot invoices, with no re-entry.

Slack: notifications and approvals

Receive your business alerts (order to approve, priority ticket, overdue invoice, critical stock) in Slack and approve right from the message with Block Kit. Slash commands and OAuth installation included.

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Sync your corporate directory, calendars and documents with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and push notifications to Teams.

SCIM 2.0 provisioning

Automatically create, update and deactivate user accounts and groups from your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra…). Operations are idempotent: no duplicate accounts.

Signed outbound and inbound webhooks

Subscribe your applications to eyeot events: every outbound message is signed with HMAC-SHA256 (X-Webhook-Signature header) and inbound streams are verified by signature. A 'Test' button sends a demo payload.

Power Platform and Power BI

Expose your data through an OData feed for Power BI, and drive the ERP from Power Apps and Power Automate with connectors generated automatically from the OpenAPI spec.

Compliance & trust

Encrypted secrets, signed exchanges

Each connector's credentials are encrypted (Fernet) and isolated per organization. Outbound webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and inbound streams are verified by signature before any processing.

SCIM 2.0 identity standard

Account provisioning relies on the open SCIM 2.0 standard (RFC 7643/7644): consistent access management and automatic deactivation of accounts when employees leave the company.

Frequently asked questions

Which tools can I connect to eyeot?
More than 35 connectors are available, including Stripe for card payments, Slack for notifications and approvals, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for directory, calendar and documents, Power BI via OData, plus webhooks to plug in your own applications.
How do eyeot's webhooks work?
You subscribe an application to eyeot business events. Every outbound message is signed with HMAC-SHA256 (X-Webhook-Signature header), which your application must verify before processing the payload. A 'Test' button sends a signed demo payload. Inbound streams are verified by signature as well.
What is SCIM 2.0 and what is it for?
SCIM 2.0 is an identity-provisioning standard (RFC 7643/7644). It automatically syncs user accounts and groups from your directory (Okta, Microsoft Entra…). Operations are idempotent — no duplicate for an existing email — and accounts for people who leave are deactivated automatically.
Are my connection credentials secure?
Yes. Each connector's credentials and tokens are encrypted server-side (Fernet) and isolated per organization. They are never exposed in clear text, and both outbound and inbound exchanges are signed and verified.
Can I drive eyeot from Power BI or Power Automate?
Yes. An OData feed exposes your data to Power BI, and Power Apps and Power Automate connectors are generated automatically from eyeot's OpenAPI spec, letting you read and act on your data from the Power Platform.
Can I take card payments?
Yes, through the Stripe connector. Payments go through Stripe and payment events come back via webhooks whose signature is verified. The payment is then reconciled with eyeot billing, with no double entry.
